We went to our early church service and then came home
for Keith to make a crock-pot creation.
After the crock-pot was set, we bundled up
and headed to the Zoo. Penguins were quite lively!
In the aquarium, it was lunch time for the manatees
and sea turtle. A harvest of lettuce is all the meal they need.
All the flags of the UN welcome us to the
Global Celebrations Village, a.k.a Asia Quest.
A pit stop at Mom's to play with Buddy the dog. He is
always ready to harvest full excitement for us.
Wrapping up our Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes.
Full of gifts, love, and prayer to send to those in need.
Time to eat the creation!!! I told Keith this was his
BEST crock-pot meal ever. It was so yummy.
At our house we have 3 seasons: Lake, Marching Band,
and Wii. It's Wii season now!
The congratulations cards on the mantle remind me that we
are harvesting our own little nugget (with God's help). So many
loved ones have shared in our joy already!
Bedtime devotions. Both this and the gospel lesson this morning
were about how God is the God of all... in life and in death.
Linking up with others sharing their "full harvests":

nice set - I laugh about your seasons. Ours is mowing, snow blowing... and engine maintenance.
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious, Shelly! I hope you aren't into Snow-blowing yet... just engine maintenance!
Deletelooks like a fun day... manatees are so funny to watch... and the cards you've received.... what exciting news... congratulation to you : )
