Something New: Hollywood Casino

Driving up toward the grandness at Georgesville and West Broad.

Keith's parents visited Columbus in December, so this was our chance to check the new Hollywood Casino off Broad Street.  Not because we are gamblers but we wanted to see what all the fuss was about.   It was a beautiful day so we parked not too far away from the building but it is possible to valet or park in the cover garage.

Our first thought on walking in the middle of the afternoon was : "What do all these people do on a normal day?!?"

There were a lot of folks in there!  Penny slots buzzing, Roulette wheels spinning, Blackjack tables full, giant TVs being watched, Poker room packed.    Really too much to see but I will do my best to summarize in a few photos (is this even legal?).   It is certainly a sight for the senses.  Meals and slot machines for every budget.

Oooh, shiny lights!  Sandwich/Coffee eatery beyond circle window.
Above the sea of slot machines.
Attempting to learn how to play the slot machine.
The high-end steakhouse.  One steak on menu: $52.
Middle price range buffet includes fresh sushi.  $19.99 dinner.
